From 17 to 28 February 2017 the streets of Cartagena will be filled with color and joy with the arrival of the carnival, declared of Regional Tourist Interest.
As already done in the previous edition, the Carnival of Cartagena will have a solidarity event, through the well-known musical ‘Mamma Mia’, whose interpretation will be in charge of the Cultural Association Implik2, and whose collection will be destined to the Association of Help and Research of Personality Disorders.
